Refund policy

We want you to buy with peace of mind. If something is not what you expected, here is what you can ask for.

Courses ($99)

• 14-day guarantee: if within 14 days of your purchase you have viewed less than 30% of the lessons, we refund 100%.
• Pre-order: you can cancel for a 100% refund at any time before the course opens. If we don't publish it, we refund 100% automatically.

Live workshops

• Cancel up to 48 hours before for a 100% refund.
• With less than 48 hours, you can move your seat to another date or get the recording.
• If Pitancos changes or cancels the workshop, you choose another date or a full refund.

Pitancos Roadmap ($359)

• Before the Strategy Call: 100% refund.
• You can reschedule the call at no cost with at least 24 hours' notice.
• After the call we have already worked on your case and delivered the Roadmap document, so there is no refund, unless we did not deliver what we promised.

Let's make it real ($1,299)

• Before the first session: 100% refund.
• After starting: we refund the part of the sessions not yet held, minus the implementation hours already worked.

How to ask

Email hello@pitancos.com from the email you used to buy, or open a ticket in the help chat, with your order number. We reply within 3 business days. Approved refunds go back to the same payment method; depending on your bank they can take 5 to 10 business days to show.

If something went wrong

If you had a technical problem or the service was not what we described, write to us even outside these timeframes. We review every case in good faith.
