Terms and conditions

These terms govern the use of pitancos.com, My HUB (hub.pitancos.com) and Pitancos courses, live workshops and specialist plans. By creating an account or buying, you accept them.

What Pitancos offers

Pitancos is a hands-on marketing hub for entrepreneurs and small businesses. We offer online courses, live workshops, plans with a specialist (such as the Pitancos Roadmap and Let's make it real) and My HUB, a personal area with tools to organize and measure your marketing.

Your account

• You must be 18 or older and give true information.
• Your account is personal. Keep your password safe; you are responsible for what is done with your account.
• You can delete your account at any time by emailing hello@pitancos.com.

My HUB trial

When you create your account you get 7 days to try the My HUB tools (courses in preview). Creating an account does not charge you. When the trial ends you keep your data and access to anything you bought.

Purchases and prices

• Prices are in US dollars (USD) and are shown before you pay.
• Payments are processed by a secure third-party provider. You will receive a receipt by email.
• Pre-order products are charged when you reserve them and open on their launch day. If a pre-order course is not published, we refund 100%.
• Refunds follow our refund policy.

Access to courses and content

• When you buy a course you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your learning and your own business.
• You may not copy, resell, share your access or publish course content.
• We may update and improve courses over time.

Live workshops and specialist sessions

• Each workshop shows its date, time and language. We will send you the link to join before it starts.
• Plan sessions are scheduled with you. If you need to move a session, let us know at least 24 hours in advance.
• If Pitancos has to move a workshop or session, we will offer another date or a refund for that part.

Your data and content

The business information you enter in My HUB is yours. You allow us to store and process it only to provide the service, as explained in the privacy policy.

Acceptable use

Do not use Pitancos for illegal activities, spam, trying to access other people's accounts or data, or disrupting the platform.

Results

Pitancos teaches, guides and works with you, but your business results depend on many factors (your market, your offer, your time and your investment). Our recommendations and the diagnosis are guidance and do not guarantee sales or specific results.

Intellectual property

The Pitancos brand, courses, texts, designs, methods and materials belong to Pitancos or their authors and are protected. When we use third-party methods, we credit their authors.

Liability

We provide the service with professional care. To the extent the law allows, Pitancos is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or damages arising from the use of the service, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

Suspension

We may suspend an account that breaks these terms. If we close a service you paid for and could not use, we will refund the proportional part.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will post the new version with its date and, if the change is significant, we will let you know.

Governing law and contact
